Children's group for separation and divorce
An ongoing therapeutic offer in our practice is our children's group for separation and divorce for children aged 8-12 who suffer from the separation of their parents.
The group will give the possibility to process the separation, express the different feelings of loss, anger and anxiety and enhance positive re-orientation.
Also children whose parents have been separated for a longer period of time often benefit extemely from participation.
The group is accompanied by evenings for parents where they can learn, apart from their own problems with this issue, to focus on the needs of their children.
"How do I deal with the feelings of my child?"
"How can we be good parents even though we are not a couple anymore?"
"How do we communicate to our child that she/he is not responsible for the separation?"
