Psychotherapy
We offer you a wide range of psychotherapeutical treatment methods, that are defined in the context of different settings.
These consist of individual therapy, parental coaching, family therapy and group therapy for children and adolescents as well as workshops for parents.
For the majority of problems presented to us a systems approach in the form of including the parents or the family has proven to be most successful.
In the context of an individual treatment plan we may strongly recommend a special treatment though during the course of therapy it is always possible to change the method of treatment, if necessary or according to your wish.
Individual therapy
The individual therapy of a child or adolescent is ususally combined with the counseling of one parent or the parents. With young adults individual therapy can be the sole treatment method.

Coaching for parents
An additional, very effective method has proven to be the coaching for parents - a combination of systems, behavioural therapeutic and solutionfocused strategies. It is not so much the cause of an existing problem that is in focus here, but rather the finding of feasible and effective solutions.
