"12+" group
This group is designed as an open group offer for 12-14 year old adolescents, focusing on self-esteem problems of different origins.
Typical themes will be: mobbing in school, problems in performance and their consequences for the own self-esteem, gender identity in puberty.
The adolescents can practise to recognize their problems and needs and in the protected space of the small group express their feelings.
Through the group they realize that they are not alone with their problems.
Together with a therapist solution focused ideas are worked out.
Prior to joining the group there will be a thorough diagnostic.
